Description
Established from the kidney of a 118 day old foetal minipig. The cells are susceptible to some arboviruses and leptospiras and highly refractory to Chlamydia spp. and meningopneumonitis.

EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 2% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 2% Vitamins + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
MPK Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
MPK Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
