Description
Established from the Merwin plasma cell tumour-II carried in BALB/c mice. Resembles the parent tumor in that they both produce fully assembled gamma globulin molecules (IgG2b) as well as half molecules, light chain dimers and free light chains. The MPC-11 produces 5-6 picograms of IgG2b per cell per minute.

Quality Control
MPC-11 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

MPC-11 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
