Description
Mouse Tumor Epithelial Cells (Human Lung Cancer Origin, MTLUEPIC.H) from Glow Biologics were isolated from human xenograft of pathogen-free laboratory nude mice. Human lung adenocarcinoma epithelial cells (H460) were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice for 4-6 weeks and the tumor tissues were then harvested for cell culture. MTCLUEPIC.H were cultured in a T75 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. Mouse Tumor Epithelial Cells (Hu. Lung Cancer Origin, H460) can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.

Mouse Tumor Epithelial Cells (Hu. Lung Cancer Origin, H460) are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Shippment
Frozen cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
