Description
Mouse Tumor Epithelial Cells (Human Breast Cancer Origin, MTMMEPIC.H) from Glow Biologics were isolated from human xenograft of pathogen-free laboratory nude mice. Human breast adenocarcinoma epithelial cells (MDA-MB-231) were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice for 4-6 weeks and the tumor tissues were then harvested for cell culture. MTMMEPIC.H were cultured in a T75 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. Mouse Tumor Epithelial Cells (Hu. Breast Cancer Origin, MDA-MB-231) can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.

Mouse Tumor Epithelial Cells (Hu. Breast Cancer Origin, MDA-MB-231) are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Shippment
Frozen cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
