Description
Mouse Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts (Human Breast Cancer Origin, MTMMFb.H) from Glow Biologics were isolated from human xenograft of pathogen-free laboratory nude mice. Human breast adenocarcinoma cells (MDA-MB-231) were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice for 4-6 weeks and the tumor tissues were then harvested for cell culture.

Mouse Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts Cells (Hu Breast Cancer Origin, MDA-MB-231) are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.
Shippment
Frozen cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
