Description
Mouse Schwann Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 8 C57BL/6 mouse sciatic nerve. MSC are cryopreserved as primary cultures and delivered frozen. MSC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to S100, GFAP, and CD90. MSC are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. MSC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
