Description
CD1 Mouse Renal Proximal Tubular Epithelial Cells MRPTEpiC from Glow Biologics are isolated from neonate day two mouse kidneys. MRPTEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. MRPTEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to cytokeratin-18, -19 and vimentin. MRPTEpiC are guaranteed to further culture under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics; however, MRPTEpiC are not recommended for long-term cultures due to limited expansion capacity and senescence after subculturing.

It is recommended to use Epithelial Cell Medium-animal for expanding MRPTEpiC in vitro.
Quality Control
Mouse Renal Proximal Tubular Epithelial Cells from CD1 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
