Description
Mouse Renal Mesangial Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 2 C57BL/6 mouse kidney. MRMC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. MRMC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin, Thy-1, and smooth muscle actin. MRMC are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. MRMC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
