Description
Mouse Perineurial Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 8 mouse sciatic nerve. MPNF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. MPNF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vimentin, S-100, GFAP and CD90. MPNF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing MPNF in vitro.

Mouse Perineurial Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Mouse Perineurial Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
