Description
Mouse Neurons-ventral spinal cord from Glow Biologics were isolated from the E14 mouse ventral spinal cord. MN-vsc were cryopreserved at primary culture and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >1 x 10^6 cells in 1 ml volume. MNvsc are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to neurafilament, MAP2, and beta-tubulin III. MNvsc are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. MNvsc are guaranteed to further culture in the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use neuronal medium for the culturing of MN-vsc invitro.
Shippment
Frozen primary cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen primary cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
