Description
Mouse Neurons-striatal from Glow Biologics are isolated from E14 mouse brain striatum. MN-s are cryopreserved at primary cultures and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >1 x 10^6 cells in 1 ml volume. MN-s are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to neurafilament, MAP2, and beta-tubulin III. MN-s are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. MN-s are guaranteed to further culture in the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Neuronal Medium for the culturing of MN-s in vitro.
Shippment
Frozen primary cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen primary cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
