Description
Mouse Meningeal Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from C57BL/6 mouse leptomeninges. MMC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. MMC are characterized by immunofluorescence; they are positive for fibronectin and negative for GFAP, α-smooth muscle actin, and Thy 1.1. MMC are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. MMC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
