Description
Mouse Lymphatic Mononuclear Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from healthy adult C57BL/6 mouse lymph nodes. MLMC are depleted of erythrocytes, cryopreserved immediately after isolation, and delivered frozen. MLMC are a mixed population of cells that include T-cells, B-cells, and NK cells. Each vial contains at least 10 million cells in 1 ml volume. MLMC are quality control tested for viability. MLMC are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. MLMC can be maintained for a limited period of time in culture using the conditions provided by Glow Biologics and are not intended for long-term culture.
