Description
Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 from Glow Biologics are isolated from mouse lymph node. MLF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. MLF are characterized by their spindle-shaped morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. MLF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing MLF in vitro.
Quality Control
Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
