Description
Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from C57BL/6 from Glow Biologics are isolated from C57BL/6 mouse lymph node. MLF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. MLF are characterized by their spindle-shaped morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. MLF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing MLF in vitro.

Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from C57BL/6 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from C57BL/6 are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
