Description
Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells(B6/129) are derived from the lung tissues of adult mice. Cells are tested for expression of markers using antibodies, CD29, CD44 or Sca-1 by FCM.

Culture Properties
Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in Glow Biologics’ Cell Culture Medium for 7-15 days. Cultures are then expanded.Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells can be expanded 3-8 passages by the ratio of 1:3 under the cell culture conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
Storage
Store the frozen cells in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
