Description
Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts Cells-mitomycin C treated from CD1 from Glow Biologics are isolated from E14 mouse embryos. These cells are cryopreserved at P3 after mitomycin C treatment and delivered frozen. MEF-mt are characterized by immunofluorescent imaging using antibodies to fibronectin.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum for culturing MEF-mt in vitro.
