Description
Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 from Glow Biologics are isolated from embryonic day 13 CD1 mouse embryos. These cells are cryopreserved at primary culture and delivered frozen. MEF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. MEF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum for culturing MEF in vitro.

Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
