Description
Mouse Cardiac Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 2 mouse heart. MCF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. MCF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. MCF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing MDF in vitro.

Mouse Cardiac Fibroblasts Cells from CD1 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment

Storage
