Description
Mouse Brain Vascular Pericytes from Glow Biologics are isolated from adult mouse brain. MBVP are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. MBVP are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to PDGF Receptor-b and a-smooth muscle actin. MBVP are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. MBVP are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Pericyte Medium-mouse for culturing MBVP in vitro.
Shippment
Frozen primary cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen primary cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
