Description
Mouse Astrocytes-spinal cord from Glow Biologics are isolated from neonate day two mouse spinal cord. MA-sc are cryopreserved at primary culture and delivered frozen. MA-sc are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to GFAP. MA-sc are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. MA-sc are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings in the condition provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Astrocyte Medium-animal for the culturing ofMA-sc in vitro.
Shippment
Frozen primary cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen primary cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
