Description
Established in vitro from the MOPC 315 plasmacytoma induced by mineral oil injections in a BALB/c mouse. Secretes an IgA lambda antibody which recognises DNP-TNP substituted proteins. Cells are killed by low concentrations (10nM) of dexamethasone.

Quality Control
MOPC 315 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

MOPC 315 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
