MKN74 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are washed once with PBS(-) and treated with 0.02% EDTA and 0.25% trypsin for 10-15 min at 37 C.
