MH-22A was derived from the cells of a solid form of mouse hepatoma 22A. Inoculation into C3HA mice led to the formation of transplantable tumours.

Quality Control
MH-22A Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
