Description
Primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) were isolated from the embryos of a pregnant female Ulk1-/- Ulk2-/+ mouse at day 13.5 post coitus. The embryos were genotyped to identify those that were Ulk1 -/- Ulk2 -/- and the MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised with SV40 large T-antigen.

Quality Control
MEF Ulk1 -/- Ulk2 -/- (DKO) (SV40) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

MEF Ulk1 -/- Ulk2 -/- (DKO) (SV40) Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
