Description
The MEF RAF1 KO cell line cell line cell line is an immortalised mouse embryonic fibroblast line derived from a mouse containing a knockout Raf1 mutation. Mice carrying this mutation only survive to adulthood and normal developmental phenotype in specific genetic background, 129Ola/MF-1.
