Description
The MEF Raf1 FF/FF KI cell line cell line cell line is an immortalised mouse embryonic fibroblast line derived from a mouse containing an inactive Raf1 mutation of the endogenous tyrosine at 340/341 converting it to phenylalanine. Mice carrying this mutation survive to adulthood and have a normal phenotype.
