Quality Control
ME-180 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Morphology
Cells are round but attach to dishes.
Subculture
Treat cells with 0.25% trypsin and dilute in fresh medium. Change medium twice a week.
Shippment
ME-180 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
