From kidney of normal female adult Cocker Spaniel in 1958 by SH Madin and NB Darby (Madin Darby Canine Kidney). Supports growth of wide range of animal viruses VSV (Indiana strain), infectious Canine Hepatitis, Vaccinia, Coxsackie B5, Adeno and reo viruses, SVEV.

Quality Control
MDCK Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

MDCK Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
