Description
Derived from the Morris hepatoma 7777 (obtained from a male Buffalo strain rat). The original tumour was induced with N-2 fluorenylphthalamic acid. Particularly interesting for oncogeny studies since the cells produce alpha-fetoprotein (AFP).
