Description
Derived from the pleural effusion of a patient with undifferentiated lymphoma. The cells are EBNA negative, express surface IgM Lambda and secrete pentameric IgM which does not bind to protein A. Complement and Fc receptors were not detected.

Quality Control
MC116 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
