Description
MAT-Lu is one of a large series of cell lines of transplantable prostatic tumours originating from the spontaneous Dunning R-3327 rat prostatic cancer. The MAT-Lu cell line has been derived from a Metastatic-Anaplastic Tumour metastasising to the lungs (=MAT-Lu) and cell line cell line is androgen-independent.

Quality Control
MAT-Lu Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
MAT-Lu Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
