Description
Melanin producing cell line, derived from a Cloudman S 91 melanoma induced in a F1 (CxDBA) male mouse. The line is tumourigenic in mice and susceptible to a variety of viruses including herpes simplex, vaccinia, pseudorabies and vesicular stomatitis virus (Indiana virus).

Quality Control
M3 Clone M-3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
M3 Clone M-3 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
