Description
Derived from BALB/3T3 clone A31 by infection with M-MSV. A M-MSV non-producer, but addition of MuLV permits rescue of the MSV genome. Cells produce tumours in suitable hosts; lack contact inhibition in vitro cultures; morphologically identical to virus releasing lines.

Quality Control
M-MSV-BALB/3T3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
M-MSV-BALB/3T3 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
