Quality Control
Lu-135 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
When cells are harvested, remove culture medium then add 1ml of fresh medium to the cells. Cells are then dispersed by pipetting and 1 ml of the cell suspension should be added to the 9 ml of fresh medium.

Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
