Quality Control
Lu-134-B Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Same volume of a fresh medium as the cell culture was added to the cell suspension and pipetting twice or three times. Take a portion of the diluted cell suspension is applied to further cell culture.
