Description
Sub-line of BUdR resistant strain of the L-M mouse line, which in turn was derived from L929. TK- cells cannot grow in HAT medium. Stable TK- mutants are only maintained if the cells are kept for several passages in growth medium containing BUdR.

Quality Control
LTK Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
LTK Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
