Derived from a metastatic tumour in the left supraclavicular region of a 56 year old male with adenocarcinoma of the colon. The cells produce carcino embryonic antigen (CEA).

Quality Control
LoVo Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
