Description
This cisplatin-resistant cell line has been developed by exposure of the parent L929 murine fibroblast cell line to increasing concentrations of cisplatin in vitro. L929/R cells can be used in the development of novel anti-cancer treatments. The parent cell line L929 was derived from normal subcutaneous areolar adipose tissue.

Quality Control
L929/R Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
L929/R Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
