Description
A subclone of L6, a rat thigh muscle cell line. On reaching confluence the cells will fuse to form myotubes and twitching movement will be seen. Once cultures have fused they cannot be recloned.

Quality Control
L6.C11 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
L6.C11 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
