One of a series of cell lines established from mononuclear cells of a boar (Sus scrofa domestica L) which was injected with Shimozuma cells producing porcine retrovirus (Tsukuba-1). Contain retrovirus particles; positive in RT assay. Membrane contains u isotype molecules.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
L14 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
L14 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
