Description
Established from a tumour induced in an 8 month old female 234 subline 212 of a DBA mouse. Orginally subcultured in DBA/2 mice it was adapted to suspension culture. The line has been extensively used in cytotoxicity assays. Develops massive tumours in nude mice after a latent period of 7-10 days

Quality Control
L1210 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
L1210 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
