Although the DM160 medium was indicated but it can be replaced to the DM201 medium. Serum free. Frozen medium FM-1 established by Ohno,T. and destributed from Kyokuto Seiyaku Kogyo.Co. used.
Quality Control
L.P3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
