Quality Control
KON Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells were harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin for 15 minutes. Medium change twice a week.
