Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 medium with 20% fetal calf serum at begining of the culture. Serum concentration was reduced to 10 % when cells started to grow steadily .
Quality Control
KHM-5M Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
