Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 medium with 20 % fetal calf serum was used at the begining. The FCS concentration was reduced to 10% when the cells began to grow steadily.
Quality Control
KHM-1B Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Dilution. A maximum of 1-2 x 10^6 cells/ml is obtained.
