Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 medium with 10% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
Kasumi-3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Subculture
Subculture twice a week at split ratio of 1/2 by simple dilution. Suspension cell culture.
Shippment
Kasumi-3 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
