Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 with 10% heat inactivated fetal calf serum.
Quality Control
JKT-beta-del Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture once a week at split ratio of 1/10.
