Williams'E medium with 10% fetal calf serum originally and later 2% FCS is used for 5 years. (alternative MEM 90% + FBS 10%)
Quality Control
JHH-2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
