Suggested Medium
90 % DM160 medium with 10 % fetal calf serum. Use of a collagen coated dish is recommended.
Quality Control
ITO-II Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Subculture
Remove cells by rubber remover to prepare cell suspension. Subcultivation of floating aggregate is possible.
Shippment
ITO-II Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
